What you'll do

Full-Stack

Design and implement end-to-end features across Magento front-end and back-end
Own technical architecture, performance tuning and deployment pipelines

Front-End

Build lightning-fast themes with Hyvä, Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js (or React/Vue PWA)
Optimise Core Web Vitals, accessibility and responsive UX

Back-End

Develop custom modules, APIs and third-party integrations (ERP, PIM, CRM, payments)
Lead data-migration, catalogue modelling and performance optimisation

All roles involve:

Participating in sprint planning, code review and technical workshops
Collaborating with designers, QAs, DevOps and client stakeholders
Mentoring mid-level engineers and upholding coding standards

What we're looking for

5+ years of hands-on Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce development (enterprise projects)
Solid PHP 8.x (OOP, SOLID), Composer, PHPUnit; familiarity with Laravel or Symfony is a plus (Back-End / FS)
Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end tooling; Hyvä, React, Vue or Knockout (Front-End / FS)
Experience with headless/PWA architectures and GraphQL
Comfortable with Git-based workflows, CI/CD and containerised environments
Clear written and spoken English; able to liaise directly with clients

Nice to have

Previous work on high-traffic, multi-store deployments
Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes or Terraform
Exposure to B2B features, subscription models or marketplace extensions
Magento certification (Professional / Expert)
